UNLOCKING FOR DEVICES THAT REQUIRE A CODE:

Option 1 - For devices that require an unlock code:

– Insert a SIM card from another carrier
1. Insert a new SIM card from another carrier (even if it's not currently active; if you don't have a SIM card from another carrier, you can go to your nearest store).

2. Enter the first unlock code you received by email and press the accept button.

3. If the process was successful, you will see the message “Network Unlock successful.”

4. Otherwise, enter the second code and press the OK button.

Option 2 – No SIM card required

1. Open your phone's dialer app.

2. Dial the code #7465625*638*#
3. A window will open where you can enter the first code you received by email. If it doesn't work, enter the second code.
4. If the process was successful, you will see the message “Network Unlock successful.”

Follow the steps below to finish unlocking your device:
1. Turn on your device and go to Settings.

2. Select “Connections.”

3. Select “More connection settings.”

4. Select “Network unlock.”

5. To remove the network lock, select “Permanent Unlock.”

6. If the process was successful, you will see the message:

“Your phone has been permanently unlocked.”

7. Done! Your phone is unlocked.
